RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
It's requested that in case of any issue (defective piece) you must inform us within the span of 48 hours.
Our team will guide you through the process, and ship it back to Pakistan. All the customs charges and shipping expenses will be borne by the customer.
After proper investigation, we will finalize the refund or replacement. Apart from verified and authentic cases and exceptional circumstances, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
PRICING AND CONTENT INFORMATION
Uzma Awan has all the rights to cancel or refuse any orders that may be listed at incorrect pricing or descriptions. Our team will contact you personally for any such cases. Occasional errors might happen on the website.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Uzma Awan has all the rights to cancel or refuse any order, w.r.t limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, or any other problem. We might reach out to you for further confirmation. In case of order cancellation, you will be notified.
DELIVERY AND OTHER CHARGES
International deliveries are calculated based on the distance and weight of the shipment. Other taxes and customs duties are to be paid by the customer to the courier partner and are not included in the goods' price.
DELIVERY TIMELINES
All Uzma Awan deliveries are made by private courier companies, thus in case of any delays, kindly contact the courier company. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we cannot control any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, and customers will be informed of any delays.
CUSTOM AND TAXES
For overseas and international deliveries, the customers might be subjected to additional taxes. Customs policies may vary, and deliveries cross-border are often subjected to inspection by Customs and Control Authorities.
WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend that our pieces be dry-cleaned only. Following the care instructions will prolong the fabric's life.
Never ever machine wash embroidered, delicate silk clothes or bleach them. Any damage caused by the above methods is not covered by the organization under return and exchange policies. Any shrinkage, damage, or discoloration caused by any method other than dry cleaning will not be entertained.

- Encourage, or promote any person or organization in any of the above acts.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed and protected by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. With this, you are agreeing that the courts of Karachi, including any consumer courts, will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes you may have with Uzma Awan.
